The public sector has needed to learn to adapt quickly in an increasingly digital world. It’s an extremely complex market, containing a variety of different organisations who speak to very different audiences and require very different approaches to marketing.
Over the years, we have perfected the art of public sector marketing and communications. And we’re proud to work with a variety of public sector bodies across the UK, including the likes of Equality and Human Rights Commission, Wiltshire Council and Royal Borough of Kingston-Upon-Thames.
As a result, our experience, knowledge, and expertise now span many areas of the public realm, including healthcare, social care and local government. This breadth of experience means that we know how to manage complex and diverse audience groups to support various government campaigns and initiatives.
We work closely with you to deliver what your organisation needs, in a cost-effective way. We also know that public sector organisations have to work with many different kinds of audiences and stakeholders, and we take particular care in ensuring that the work we create for you is both inclusive and accessible.
We have also been named as a supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s communications framework. The Crown Commercial Service (CCS) is an executive agency sponsored by the government’s Cabinet Office.
The agreement will provide central government and wider public sector organisations access to a wide range of marketing and communications services through a list of specialist agencies.
"Eleven has worked with us on several projects this year including our 2019-20 impact report. They always provide great account management with a friendly, personal and professional approach, setting up calls to discuss the brief in more detail and ask any questions."
