Public sector marketing and communications agency

The public sector has needed to learn to adapt quickly in an increasingly digital world. It’s an extremely complex market, containing a variety of different organisations who speak to very different audiences and require very different approaches to marketing.

Over the years, we have perfected the art of public sector marketing and communications. And we’re proud to work with a variety of public sector bodies across the UK, including the likes of Equality and Human Rights Commission, Wiltshire Council and Royal Borough of Kingston-Upon-Thames.

As a result, our experience, knowledge, and expertise now span many areas of the public realm, including healthcare, social care and local government. This breadth of experience means that we know how to manage complex and diverse audience groups to support various government campaigns and initiatives.

We work closely with you to deliver what your organisation needs, in a cost-effective way. We also know that public sector organisations have to work with many different kinds of audiences and stakeholders, and we take particular care in ensuring that the work we create for you is both inclusive and accessible.

"Eleven has worked with us on several projects this year including our 2019-20 impact report. They always provide great account management with a friendly, personal and professional approach, setting up calls to discuss the brief in more detail and ask any questions."

We had a very tight turnaround to get the project completed before the end of the financial year, but the team was really organised, flexible and met all of our deadlines. The design quality was excellent and delivered everything we’d ask for – a unique look and feel and creative bespoke graphics – while adhering to our brand guidelines and accessibility requirements. Eleven supplied us with a fully accessible tagged PDF with alt text for all images so that it was suitable for our website. We received a lot of positive feedback from colleagues that they thought the layout was bold, easy to read and a step up from previous years’ reports."
