“We’ve been working with Eleven on the development of a Greater Manchester-wide foster carer recruitment marketing strategy and campaign. This is a complex project that involves 10 local authorities – all with their own priorities and ways of working – that have chosen to come together to tackle what is a big issue for all councils - not just at a GM-level, but nationally. We chose Eleven because it was clear from the outset that they have specialist knowledge and experience of the local authority fostering sector – and this really helped with engaging and managing what was a large and diverse group of stakeholders (including Directors of Childrens Services, fostering service staff, comms colleagues and foster carers) to try and solve a complex issue.

We’re still at the very early stages of the campaign, but we’re hopeful that a more bespoke campaign, “Fostering Unfiltered”, driven by wider insight and innovation will support us in delivering many more foster carers across the whole of Greater Manchester.”

Creative marketing agency for the health and social care sector.

Increasing pressure on public services and a lack of funding has landed the NHS in crisis. The rising cost of living means there’s also challenges with recruiting and retaining staff. And the health service is grappling with much wider issues like climate change, an ageing population and inequalities in healthcare.

The past few years have also revealed deep cracks in the social care system, with urgent care needs going unmet and national mental health in a state of emergency. We recognise that the health and social care system needs transforming so that it’s fit for the future, to help people live more independent and healthier lives for longer.

Our approach

As specialists in the health and social care sector, we can have a crucial role to play in this transformation by helping you to strengthen your workforce through effective recruitment and retention, helping you break down barriers to reduce health inequalities and providing value for money strategic support.

We’ve worked with everyone from national policy makers to NHS Trusts and local care providers, giving us extensive insight into the sector. So no matter what type of service or care you provide, or who your target audience is, our creative marketing services can help you achieve your goals.

Our breadth of experience working with a variety of organisations across health and social care means we understand the complexity of the sector and the challenges that it brings. And we can work closely with you to deliver the services you need to effectively communicate with the likes of healthcare professionals, patients and carers.

We can offer you a full spectrum of creative marketing expertise, from national public health campaigns to support with lobbying key decision makers. We can also bolster your corporate communications by creating slick annual reports for engaging with key stakeholders at both a local and national level.
