Getting to know you inside out

Before we even get started with creating a brand or visual identity, we make it our business to get to know everything about your organisation. We’ll also work closely with you to make sure we understand your brief inside out, asking all the right questions to deliver exactly what you’re looking to achieve.

Our branding process begins with research and insights at the forefront. This stage is all about finding out what works, and what doesn’t, within the existing marketplace. Building a thorough understanding of your sector, industry and audience helps to inform our creative approach. The second part of this stage is to carry out workshops with a sample of your existing audience, to get a good idea of what your brand means to them.

Setting you up for success

Once we’ve created a new brand or visual identity, we won’t simply close the door on the project, expecting you to know how to use it. We’ll schedule a follow up call or meeting to introduce you to your new brand and explain the guidance we’ve set out in your new set of brand guidelines. We can work together to create branded templates for you to use going forward and supply branded assets for your future use.
