Client Onboarding Manager

We're looking for a proven new business professional to find and win new customers from our ideal client list.

£35,000 - £45,000 • Full-time • Permanent

You will open doors for Eleven - developing relationships with new contacts, understanding their marketing challenges, identifying opportunities for us to work together and co-ordinating and presenting compelling pitches to bring them onboard. You'll also have a solid understanding of all areas of the marketing mix and work collaboratively with the wider team to set us up for success from the start.


Identify and connect with prospects from our ideal client list.

Examine prospects' businesses, audiences and marketplaces to really get to know their brands and understand their challenges and objectives.

Propose compelling and effective solutions to prospects' marketing challenges - working across our target markets.

Work collaboratively with the wider team to effective onboard new clients.

Deliver our agency sales strategy.

Achieve new business sales revenue targets.

Establish and embed new business sales processes e.g. client onboarding and lead workflows.

Lead creation of sales tools.

Nurture and close inbound leads

Identify, log, nurture and close outbound leads.

Work collaboratively with the wider team to generate original ideas.

Identify, prepare and submit project tenders.

Maintain bid library.

Develop and manage customer referral programme.

Analyse and report on the performance of all new business activities.

Comply with company systems and processes.


  • Confident new business professional with a passion for solving customer challenges

  • Strong personal accountability and drive - with the ability to manage a busy and varied workload - ensuring quality is never compromised
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - with the ability to make complex simple
  • A proactive team player
  • Comfortable working within new systems and software
  • A solid understanding of all areas of the marketing mix


Essential Experience

  • A proven track record of successful new business performance in a professional services/marketing/media/technology environment
  • Experience of following established sales processes

Desirable Experience

  • Experience of using HubSpot
