Account Manager

We're looking for a proven and proactive account manager to join our established client services team and support us with new and ongoing client projects.

£25,000 - £30,000 • Full-time • Permanent

Deliver exceptional customer service to new and existing customers.

Achieve revenue and profit targets.

Develop effective solutions to client marketing challenges.

Prepare quotations and proposals in response to customer briefs.

Co-ordinate and manage internal and external resources.

Manage multiple customer projects spanning accessibility, brand, copy, design, digital, direct, events, motion and strategy.

Prepare reports and presentations.

Adhere to company processes.

Support other members of the client services team as required.

Essential Experience

  • 3+ years experience of working in a fast-paced creative/marketing agency environment in a client services role.
