Clare has nearly twenty years’ experience in marketing strategy for the public and third sectors. As Founder and Managing Director at Eleven, Clare’s specialities include strategic thinking, brand development, stakeholder engagement and campaign planning.

Andy is an experienced creative and lecturer, and has made his mark at a number of award-winning agencies across the UK, Australia and North America. Andy is passionate about working alongside our strategy team to bring purpose-driven projects and big ideas to life.

With over five years' agency-side experience across purpose-driven marketing and healthcare, having worked for Havas Lynx, Ella supports account handlers with project planning and offers strategic support on projects. Ella manages our agency’s Operations team.

Jane is Eleven's Head of Client Services and has worked agency-side for over twenty-five years, working with clients such as Channel 4, Hyundai and Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Trust. A skilled strategist, she enjoys digging into your brief and suggesting alternative approaches to deliver your objectives.

As charity and public sector specialist, Liz will proactively manage your project and make sure that your content engages, informs and educates your audience.

Specialising in the health, fostering and social care sectors, Hollie will drive your project forward and mange internal teams to deliver high quality outputs.

With a proficiency for project management and a keen eye for detail, Emily supports our Client Services team and makes sure your experience of working with Eleven is an enjoyable one.

As new business specialist, Melanie will manage your onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition of your account across to our Client Services team.

John-Paul takes ownership of successful project delivery at Eleven, ensuring that everything is delivered on time while also remaining in budget.

Alex supports with scheduling operational resources, including all creative resource, to ensure that all jobs are delivered on time and within budget.

With over seven years’ agency-side experience, Harley is a talented creative with strengths in concept generation, digital design, and branding.

Joe supports our creative studio by creating impactful content that will captivate and delight your audience.

As our accessible design specialist, Mark will carry out detailed checks of your creative to ensure your work is fully accessible to WCAG 2.2 AA standards.
